Journey to 24 Doors

We wanted to design a life where our income from real estate could replace our W-2 income.

So we calculated how many units (doors) it would take.

Given Chicago's multifamily inventory, that's roughly six buildings with four units each, or 24 doors!

You may need more doors or fewer to hit your goals, but one thing will be true regardless: Anyone can do this!

Now, with over a dozen doors under management in the third-largest city in the country, we are more than halfway to our goal.

We got here through systems and a process that anyone can apply immediately, even if you don't know all the fancy lingo.
